The menu of Bodega De Posthoorn
has a long tradition of historical dishes, such as Mata Hari appetizers,
homemade gravlax on toast and the Postkoets omelette. We also serve
our traditional 'uitsmijter' (fried bacon and eggs served on slices of bread)
and salads – both are very popular. It has long been widely known,
even way beyond Dutch national borders, that our renowned croquette balls
and ox sausage have a delectably unique flavour. We give special attention
and effort to our kitchen, preparing a wide range of delicious meat and
fish dishes both summer and winter. You expect only the best
quality from us, regarding our extensive
menu. Our wine
supplier allows us to taste and select the best red and white wines each year. For large groups you can also make a reservation for lunch, dinner, buffet or reception.
